So the 4Runner is being used until I get some cheap all seasons. I miss daily driving it. I miss having an automatic in traffic. I miss the high seating position.
I don’t miss the gas mileage. I don’t miss the lack of power. I don’t miss the various “what was that?” noises.

But... Florida. How cold can it be? I lived in the coldest part of Florida for many years and never had an issue running summer tires 365 days of the year.

Old tag put on the front(no front plate required), but I live in SC now. Tires are rated at 42°, it was 29°.

OOOOOOOooooooohhhhhhhh. I should point out that as a former Floridian, I should also know that front plates are not a thing in Florida. It actually drove me bonkers when watching Dexter... all of the cars had front plates in Florida.

Lol, I lived in Milton. I don’t miss it. I might actually be going to Navarre tomorrow with my family.

Small world! I mostly miss the south as a whole, but especially the nice, warm, sunny beaches. Oregon doesn’t have those. And thunderstorms. None of those in the PNW either.

I like living in the Southeast, I just didn’t like living there. I like living somewhere where the terrain changes.

I hear that. Owning both a Miata and a motorcycle in Florida was pointless. So flat with nothing but the straightest of roads.
